Auditions & Actors
Our initial plan was to conduct auditions in our school, so that students who were interested could be casted. This would've allowed us to work with others on a more professional level, and increased diversity in the film opening. However, due to the unexpected political situation in our country, we were unable to attend school and could not delay shooting further. Therefore, we decided to cast our own selves, as it seemed quicker and more efficient because we all had the same level of commitment towards this project. We were also able to alter the characters to fit our own personalities.
Final Casting:
- Francine Irah as SOPHIA (protagonist)
- Raaniya as MARIAM
- Khadeja as REN
- Abeer (me) as SAM
