Audience Survey
Our group decided to conduct a survey in order to gain first hand information/data on our target audience's personal preferences. We thought an online survey would be the best fit to achieve that. One of the group member's, Raaniya, was in charge of distributing this survey to our target audiences. The rest of the three members (including myself) researched and came up with the questions.
The questions in our survey:
- What is your age?
- What is your gender?
- Do you enjoy comedy films?
- If yes, what is your favourite comedy sub-genres? (dark comedy, aggressive humour, slapstick, etc)
- Would you prefer to watch a film with bright or dark cinematography?
- Which era would you prefer that the movie you are watching is set in?
- How important are the first five minutes of a film to you?
- Do you judge the full movie just by its opening scenes?
- Are you convinced to watch a movie by its poster?
